Room very clean, bed comfy, plenty of room. Staff very friendly. Modest buffet breakfast for a very reasonable price. Family friendly. Close to eateries. Only negative was the glass sliding door on the shower, opened and closed, close beside the handbasin. As a bigger person was an uncomfortable squeeze. If the door opened the other direction would have been perfect. The shower was large, with a very large shower head. Would definitely stay here again.

We are grateful to have found accommodation here on short notice as we had to be near the hospital. It was such a relief that they could take us in and be flexible with the duration of our stay due to our uncertain circumstances. The staff were very understanding, accommodating and professional. On top of that, the rooms are great, clean and complete with comfortable bedding. Thank you again.

Rooms were pretty good, we loved the rainfall shower head. However parking here is horrendous. There is probably 20 car parks, not secure at all besides a boom gate and if you can’t find a park who have to park in another companies parking spots and just hope it doesn’t get towed. Honestly need to rethink your parking area.

It was an excellent experience. Danny, our concierge, was accommodating throughout our stay. We stayed for a concert held at the Princess Theater, and you could not hear a thing while in the hotel. The buffet breakfast was delightful and very well-priced. Beautiful lobby and clean, functional rooms 👌

Perfect experience from check in to check out. Loved that there were water bottle refilling stations on the hallway near the lift and a great coffee machine in the foyer. Saved us a tonne. Will definitely chose this place again. 👌

The cleanliness every where you looked.Freshness of the food served at the breakfast buffet.Danny took care of all our requests, nothing was too much trouble.Loved also the Cafe bar in the foyer.

Situated near the Mater Hospital area the hotel is well situated to walk to the city or south bank without having to drive and the headache that comes with navigating the big smoke. The family suites are great with a huge spa bath the kids will love. Breakfast buffet is a great spread with optional barrista coffee also on offer. Parking is easy and located behind so those with tall 4wd needn't worry about fitting underneath. There is an array of restaurants and grocery store next door so really you never need to leave the area. The night shift woman is awesome with a friendliness that makes her very approachable. Recommend this hotel each and every time.
